Never Ending Steps To The Top.. Latest artwork by Jeff Quigley
I decided to have a bit of fun with this one and incorporated the illusory effect of the “Penrose Stairs”. You never reach the top (let your eyes follow the steps).
Those that are unlucky enough to know me will know my feelings about the subject matter involved within this work and the said steps.
17 years is a long time to wait to win something but who is counting. I know I am and enjoying it and hope that it continues. I mean what is one more year?
Never Ending Steps To The Top is unframed and is acrylic on canvas, the size of which is 60cm x 45cm. It is my second piece that has been accepted into the December exhibition at the Emu Park Art Gallery. The opening date being the 2nd December.
If you have not visited the Local Emu Park Gallery and Gift Shop then I highly recommend that you do so. Admission is FREE and the Gallery is open from Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm
