“Dogs Of War” – Latest artwork by Jeff Quigley. (finished 18th June 2026) “Dogs Of War”, Framed, acrylic on canvas, a big painting sized at 78cm x 78cm. Another piece finished, painting No.7 out of 10 (maybe 12) for the next August Exhibition at the Emu Park Art Gallery.
Again another heavily textured canvas used to work with. I do like mucking around with this style. I have had Dogs of War hovering in the back of the brain for some time. I actually detest these war mongers and believe the world would be a lot better place without them. Well one down three to go. The Hague awaits those living.
The Project marches on – this coming August I have been given the honour of being the Featured Artist for the (August 2026) Members Exhibition at the Emu Park Art Gallery, this piece will be my seventh work for the display.
You can view the current Fantastic Exhibition at the EP Gallery. It opened Wed 3rd June 2026. The opening hours for the Gallery are Wednesday through to Sunday 10am to 4pm. This one finishes late July. FYI There is a great Gift Shop there too, stocked with great works from local artists.
