Flying High over the Saltpans
With this work I decided I wanted to paint a “bird” painting. The thought crossed my mind of doing a bird on a twig type of painting but as usual I’ve ended up doing something bigger and a lot more involved.
Something a bit different – “The Highway is alive tonight”. Acrylic on canvas. Unframed 76cm x 60cm. Priced at $360.00 On Sale now for only $200.00
This painting is titled from a line in the Bruce Springsteen song “The Ghost of Tom Joad” which was dedicated to the character from the famous novel the Grapes of Wrath, an American realist novel written by John Steinbeck and published in 1939
