Before you can do anything with the spreadsheets to bulk import into your Studioquigs Online Shop website you must remember this very important information.

Because there is a data base import mechanism in place - the system itself has coding so when you import your details off the spreadsheet the coding set up tells the system where what goes where and in what colum etc etc. It uses the following characters listed below.

So in certain sections of your spreadsheets you can't use these characters at all - as they are part of the coding in the set up - If you use them in your spreedsheet they will be rejected in the IMPORT DATA process of the application.

"just remember to stay clear of these characters - I also stay clear of commas and have no problems....."

Examples...

You can't use ...... Size: 4 3/4" ..... so I replace it with Size_ 4 3-4inches.
You can't use ...... Item#: SQ:6/87/black .. so I replace it with Item No_SQ-6-87-black
