You should create a folder in your own computer system. Say your "My Documents" and in there create a folder called Website_Spreadsheets.

 

But by the time you are reading this you should have already have a folder with your spreadsheets saved into.

If you have not, and they are all over the place inside your computer I strongly suggest that you save all your spreadsheets to the one central folder - that is the spreadsheets you are going to use with your online shop website.

Okay lets use the example of changing or upgrading the price you have already listed on your products that currently appear on the "live" website.

Open up your respective spreadsheet covering that product - For this example I am using a spreadsheet saved as Funtasma/ Christmas.

Open it up in XL program .
